Our optometrists offers the following services: complete eye exams, contact lenses, glasses, glaucoma evaluations, diabetic evaluations, macular degeneration, dry eye, ocular allergy evaluations, High risk medication evaluations, pre- and post-operative care (LASIK, PRK, Cataracts), etc.... We are dedicated to providing high-quality optometry services in a comfortable environment.

What You Need For Your Visit:
If you are a new patient with us please bring in the following;

  • Current glasses or last glasses prescription
  • Current Contact lens boxes or Contact lens prescription
  • Current Insurance cards
  • Medication list
  • Identification Card
  • Patient forms can be completed online or in office.

We accept most major insurance plans. Please inquire in our office.
